the hotel sits right on nanjing road near people's square the location made exploring quite easy my family room offered ample space i appreciated the free bottled water provided daily the downstairs bar was a plus for evening relaxation.

i found the tv system a bit tricky to use no english movie channels were available.

the hotel has two entrances one on jiujiang road and one on nanjing road this offers excellent access the fitness center has modern equipment i saw several treadmills and stationary bikes.

pristine bathroom convenient access

I adored that my room had a spacious layout and a pristine bathroom! the side door provided convenient access to the pedestrian shopping street. it was super useful. The concierge consistently showed genuine care when assisting my father with luggage and directions!

the hotel air conditioning system was not working correctly. the front desk staff informed me that the entire hotel's heating system was off because of the season.

unanswered phone incomplete cleaning

The room service was disappointing. they never answered the phone when i called. the daily room cleaning was not thorough. Dust accumulated on shelves and bedside tables.
